Q : How much does Speedbuy charge for commission on a GIG ?
A : Speedbuy charges from 10% to 20%. Depends on your Gig Value.( $5 GIG = 20%, $15 to $45 = 15%, $100 to $300 = 10%)
Q : Does Speedbuy charge both Buyer and Seller for commission ?
A: No, Speedbuy only charges the seller.
Q: Does it cost anything to upload a Gig ?
A: No, its always free.
Q: Is there a limit of number of Gigs I can upload ?
A: Yes, currently, we limit up to 30 Gigs per user
Q: How long does it take before I can withdraw my earnings to my Paypal?
A: It will be 10 days after you complete the order. As 10 days is the mandatory clearance period for any dispute and charge back the buyer may raise.
Q: Can I use another payment account for withdrawal other than Paypal ?
A: No, at the moment, Speedbuy will only process withdrawal via Paypal ?
Q: Can I sell LIVE animal ( s ) on Speedbuy ?
A: No, your Gig will be deleted immediately once we detect anyone selling LIVE animal (s ) on Speedbuy.
