Terms of Service –

Summary

- The sellers on this marketplace will be offering services to the buyers called “Jobs."

- Jobs on are offered in different price level starting only at $5.00

- For buying, selling, trading, freelancing at Speedbuy.biz, user must have a registration account. Registration is 100% FREE

- Orders and money transactions must only take place through Speebuy and no other means should be adopted. Orders can be placed using the “Order Now!” link.

- Buyers have full rights over the sold jobs i.e. delivered order. (Unless specified by seller in the “job Description”)

Sellers

Basics

- Upon selling and delivering of each job your Speedbuy account will be credited minus the Speedbuy's service fee.

- Buyers will always pay for job in advance.

- Speedbuy will credit your account only after completion of the order delivery.

- Sellers are free to withdraw their revenue directly to their paypal account. (Withdrawal process is described under.)

- If for any reason, the order has been cancelled, the revenues for such order will be returned to the buyer.

- Rating of the seller will be calculated on the basis of the feedback as received from the buyers, mass of orders cancelled and frequency of late deliveries.

- Please do not upload anything that violates our guidelines. We will termiante your account immediately. Read more in (Don't get in trouble section)

Handling of Orders

- As soon as a buyer orders a job, the seller gets an email notification.

- The seller is to meet the duration for delivery set by them at the time of the job description writing. If failed to deliver on time, the buyer is free to cancel the order. Consequently, the seller’s rating will be reduced.

- Both trading parties, buyer and seller, have the option to cancel the order with mutual consent and doing so will not harm any of the ratings of the parties involved in any way.

- Any mutual cancellation request if went unanswered will be accepted automatically after the lapse of 48 hours effecting the unresponsive party, with a reduction of the rating.

- A seller reserves the right for the cancellation of the order before the lapse of delivery period. However, this cancellation will leave a negative effect on the rating.

Don't get in trouble !

- Identities are kept secret/anonymous. To respect user privacy, you are NOT allowed to post your email address or any other sort of contact information.

- All communication including exchange of files and information would take place using the the Speedbuy messaging system.

- Posting any stuff that is illegal, abusive, rude, adult, copyright protected, spam, promotional, religion related, racist, hatred, blackhat marketing, creation or suggestion of political activities, nonsense or violence is strictly prohibited. Violating the term will result in permanent blocking of your account.

- Speedbuy.biz is an open social commerce marketplace, we welcome people from around the world to upload Gigs (items, products, or services) to sell in our marketplace excluding anything related to ( adult, porn, hatred, politicial , religion, black hat marketing, asking our members to join a different site, soliciting in any manner not related to purchase or promote gig(s) listed on speedbuy.biz , or anything illegal).

- If we realize any of our user violates any of the above, account will be terminated immediately and if action(s) related to crime or potential of a criminal activity, we will report this with your IP address to your local authority without any prior warning or notice.

- Please use Speedbuy.biz in legitimate way only. If you plan to use it to promote anything adult, hatred, or promote your site by asking our members to join your site, please do not use our service.

- Please note : By using our service and platform, you acknowledge that we may or will from time to time view your private messages with other user.  If any private messages contain anything illegal, hatred, crime related, adult, religion related, black hat marketing related, or anything we feel inappropiate for our site, we will terminate your account without any prior notice and if we believe such message contains threats to our company or public safety in any means, we will contact your local authority and will provide them your information which includes but not limit to your user name, email and IP address.

- Please be aware that Speedbuy will constantly monitor your account activites, account information and information that you upload.

- Please be aware that the following items are NOT allowed to be upload at Speedbuy.

  1) adult & porn related

  2) hatred related

  3) religion related

  4) anything illegal

  5) gambling related

  6) buy & trade of LIVE animals

  7 ) any products without warranty

  8) any infringment product

  9 ) any pirate products and or services

 10 ) any item obtain by crime

 11) actual beverages and / or food

  12) drugs and / or vitamins

  13) weapons of any kind

  14) and any products we believe may be harmful to Speedbuy and its members.

Delivery of Orders and Communication

- User is responsible for scanning all files for malware, spyware or viruses. Speebuy in any way will not be responsible for damages that may result from the usage of the site or the files and content transfer.

- Seller should always submit the complete files or proof of completed work through the “Deliver Completed Work” button.

- Once the seller has completed the delivery, the buyer has three days only to respond otherwise the status of the order will be marked as “completed.”

Revenue Withdrawal

- For withdrawing revenue the seller must have a valid and Verified Paypal account. Please, make sure your Paypal account has the option to receive money before withdrawing funds from Speedbuy

- You can associate your Speedbuy account with only one Paypal account. This association is of permanent nature and cannot be edited thereafter.

- You can withdraw funds only after lapse of ten (10) days, the mandatory clearance period. Your account balance must also be at least $5 for withdrawal eligible.

- Speedbuy do not and will not charge fees upon withdrawal. Speedbuy has no control over how Paypal charges its fee and varies from countries. It is users responsiblities to communicate with Paypal to clarify such fees.

- The withdrawals are permanent and cannot be cancelled. Once the process has been put into action, we can not help you in any regard.

Buyers

Ordering Jobs

- Buyer can purchase jobs using creidt card or PayPal.All payment will be route our Paypal payment gateway.

- Order is created as soon as the payment is confirmed.

- If a buyer has a positive balance of $5 or more in their account, it can be used when ordering the job.

- For sake of users privacy, your identity is kept secret/anonymous and you are advised not to post your contact information in any case.

- When buying a job, you cannot pay or offer to pay using another method other than Speedbuy. Violation will result in account termination immediately.

- Buyer must not pay sellers directly through PayPal account. If you are asked to do so, you are requested to report the incident to us.

- Avoiding the filing of a dispute or reversing your payment using PayPal, your credit card or your bank. Such actrion may result in permanent blocking of your account.

- If you are confronted with any problems, always try and seek solutions with the seller. However, if you need further assistance we are here to help. Contact us for  support at support@speedbuy.biz

- Cancellations of order must be taken place through customer support at Speedbuy.biz

- If you counter any problem with your purchase, communciate with the seller and try to resolve the matter within the grace period (10 days). The time period that has been fixed is up to a period of ten days from the order completion. We will not be able to cancel orders after this period.

Shipping of Orders

- Some of the order requires shipment, and seller must include the shipping fee in the Gig price.

Note

- When buying a job  that involves the delivery of an item, buyer must include the shipping address with the order. Once the order and payment has been made the seller will be responsible for making all relevant arrangements for the shipping of the gig and its delivery. 

- Speedbuy is not responsible in any case for the handling, shipping, tracking, damages or quality of the order.

- Tracking number should also be added with the order page while adding information for order delivery.

General Terms

- Violations to the terms of service of Speedbuy.biz will result in permanent blocking or termination of your account.

- Sellers will only be able to withdraw their revenues from their blocked accounts after the lapse of 45 to 90 days. The time period depends on the reason for such blockage and last payment receipt date.

- Disputes of any kind should be handled using the Speedbuy's dispute resolution system or through customer support.

- Subject to misbehaviors, Speedbuy reserves the right to put a hold on the account or close it permanently. If on hold, you will not be able to trade through your account.

- Speedbuy changes the terms of service often so when some change is made a new copy will be added here.

- After changing the terms of the service, if you use Speedbuy, it would be implied that you agreed to the updated terms of services.

- Speedbuy reserves the right to modify, change, add or remove any terms and conditions / terms of use on this page without prior notice. User must constantly view this page for update.

- In case of a payment reversed from buyer. Speedbuy holds no responsiblity of deposting such payment to seller's account. Speedbuy acts as a bridge between buyer and seller in transaction. Speedbuy will not hold responsiblity of paying seller on any fraud, dispute, chargeback or payment reversed orders. It is sellers sole responsbility to manage such risk before accepting and delivery an order.

Disputes

- Speedbuy recommends that buyers and sellers work out their differences themselves. However, if you need further assistance you can freely contact our customer support.

- Speedbuy will not refund payments for the cancelled orders to PayPal, however, such payments will be added to the Speedbuy accounts that can be used for future purchases.

Ownership and Limitations

Unless otherwise expressed in the description of the gig by the seller, at the time work is delivered, the buyer is granted all intellectual property rights including copyrights but not limited to. The seller waives all rights including moral rights. To eradicate doubt, in any customized work, the delivered property will be a sole property of the buyer. The Seller, here, has expressly accepted to transfer the copyright to the buyer in the services delivered which does not fit the definition of work-for-hire under the U.S Copyright Act. In addition to that, with independence to the U.S Copyright Act, the seller agrees that unless he specifies in the gig description, he transfers all rights possible to the buyer with it, over it or arising of it while waiving his all possible rights over it.

The Seller further undertakes that all the information that has been transferred to him for the purpose of making of the gig will be kept secret and will not be used for any purpose other than the making of the customized gig as per the order and of the contact information, after that will not be to be used ever.

By offering any service, the seller has a sufficient permission to sell, provide or resell the service they are offering on Speedbuy.biz

• Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Speedbuy.biz and its buyers and sellers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. Any offer for any product or service made in the materials on this Web site is void where prohibited.
  
  GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of Speedbuy.biz shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.
  
  MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Speedbuy.biz with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Speedbuy.biz with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Speedbuy.biz. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.

Buy using speedbuy.biz , you agree you will not hold speedbuy.biz or its owners, shareholders, staff responsible or liable for any loss occurred by using our marketplace. It is your sole discretion for purchasing such service or goods from seller. It is totally your sole discretion for using our services as well. Since we are not involve in any transactions, we have no control on what you buy or sell.
